Sustainable Communities Mapping Brief

Purpose
To support its work MLA West Midlands wants to make an initial identification and mapping of sustainable communities’ activity within the museums, libraries and archive sector. This will be used to influence future regional and sub-regional policy and delivery particularly objective one of ‘Living Places’

Geographical Focus
The research will cover the local authority areas where current housing market renewal and significant housing growth is planned in future:
o Birmingham
o Black Country (Wolverhampton, Walsall, Sandwell, Dudley)
o North Staffordshire (Stoke on Trent, Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire Moorlands)
